Habitats
Breeds in various habitats, mainly along streams, creeks and rivers along their entire course, all kinds of water bodies – dams, micro-dams, lakes, various bogs and marshes, building its nests on buildings and other constructions near the water bodies, very often within towns, villages and industrial zones (including residential and other buildings), in public parks and gardens, etc. Breeds on the very coast on sea cliffs and rocky shores and islets, rock stacks, reefs, banks, shoals, sometimes in holes situated close to water inland cliffs and exposed rocks.
